5% on top, not instead
The military discount stacks on the 15% installation special. It is not an either or, and you do not have to ask twice. Bring any current ID, DD214, VA card or retiree ID to the estimate.
PCS dates honored in writing
Tell us the date at the estimate. We either commit to it on the contract or we tell you straight that we cannot hit it. A contractor who says yes to every date is one who is about to miss one.
Remote approval while deployed
Selections, change orders and final sign off handled by email and photo. A deployment should not stall your house, and a spouse at home should not have to carry the whole decision alone.
Lender ready paperwork
If you are financing improvements through a VA renovation loan, your lender needs an itemized scope from a licensed contractor. We are Class A licensed and we write the scope in the format they ask for.

What is the military discount on a deck?
Active duty, Guard, Reserve, retired and veteran customers receive an additional 5% on top of our standard 15% installation discount. Military spouses and immediate family qualify as well.
Can a deck be financed inside a VA renovation loan?
A VA renovation loan lets an eligible borrower roll certain improvement costs into the purchase or refinance of a primary residence. Whether a deck qualifies depends on the lender, the appraiser and whether the work counts as a permanent improvement. We are contractors, not lenders, so we provide a written itemized scope in the format lenders ask for and let your loan officer make the call.
Can you work around a PCS date?
Yes, and we would rather know on day one. If you have hard orders, tell us the date at the estimate and we will either commit to it in writing or tell you honestly that we cannot.
My spouse is deployed. Can I approve the work alone?
Yes. We handle selections, change orders and sign off remotely by email and photo so a deployment is not a bottleneck.
