Free estimate
One hour. On your property. Free.
We look under the deck, measure properly, talk through materials and hand you a real number. No pressure, no phone quote pretending to be an estimate.
The short answer

What happens
No surprises, either direction
- We confirm your time by phone or text before we come out
- We inspect the framing, ledger and footings, not just the surface
- We measure, and we talk through boards, railing and lighting
- You get a written itemized scope, not a number on a business card
- The 15% and the 5% military discount are applied at the estimate

Bring us a written estimate from any contractor who holds both TrexPro Platinum accreditation and a Virginia Class A license, on the same scope and the same materials, and we will match it 100%. Both credentials matter. Platinum is fewer than 1% of Trex installers, and Class A is what lets a contractor legally take on a job this size in Virginia. Comparing our number to an unlicensed bid is not a comparison, it is a different product.
